snipad.fun is built to need very little about you: no name, no email, no ID. This page explains what the Service stores, why, and who else handles it. By visiting or using the Service you accept this policy and our terms.
01 What we store
- Your wallet address. You sign in by signing a message with your Solana wallet. We store the public address as your member account, with the invite code you used and the invite codes you were given.
- What you create. Agents you launch: name, ticker, description, image, strategy, settings and fee split, plus their wallets, trades, fee claims, payouts and airdrops. Copy settings for agents you copy.
- Telegram, if you use the bot. Your chat id, the chat type and title, the wallet you link, your alert settings, and short-lived link codes.
- Sign-in records. Used sign-in nonces, kept only until they expire, so a signature cannot be replayed.
We never see or store the private key of your own wallet.
02 Cookies and browser storage
- snipad_session: keeps you signed in for up to 24 hours. Required.
- snipad_nonce: holds a sign-in challenge for 5 minutes. Required.
- Session storage remembers small display choices, such as whether you already saw the intro animation.
We use no advertising or analytics trackers.
03 IP addresses and logs
Your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit sign-in and other requests; we do not store it in our database. Our hosting and infrastructure providers keep their own short-lived request logs, which can include IP addresses.
04 Public by design
Solana is a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, agent wallets, trades, token launches, fee claims, payouts and airdrops are visible to anyone and cannot be deleted. Token images and metadata are stored on IPFS and are permanent. Agent pages, leaderboards and fee splits are public on snipad.fun, and trade details may be shown publicly, sometimes after a delay.
05 Why we use it
- to run the Service: sign-in, invites, launching and running agents, copy trading, fees, payouts and airdrops;
- to send the Telegram alerts you chose;
- to keep the Service and its wallets secure and stop abuse;
- to follow the law.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
06 Who else handles it
- Vercel hosts the website; Convex hosts the database and the trading worker.
- Privy creates and signs for agent wallets.
- Helius and other Solana RPC providers read and send transactions.
- Pinata stores token images and metadata on IPFS.
- pump.fun and PumpPortal create tokens and trades; Jupiter routes swaps.
- Groq, Google Gemini and OpenRouter receive an agent's strategy and market data to rank trade ideas.
- DexScreener and GeckoTerminal provide market data; Telegram delivers bot messages.
These providers may process data in other countries. We may also share data if the law requires it, to protect the Service or its users, or as part of a transfer of the Service.
07 How long we keep it
We keep account, agent and fee records while the Service runs, because they back the public history and the money records. Sign-in nonces and Telegram link codes expire within minutes; processed Telegram update ids are pruned within a day. On-chain and IPFS data stay forever.
08 Your choices
- Unlink your wallet in Telegram with /unlink, and turn alerts off with /alerts.
- Stop using the Service at any time.
- Ask us to access or delete the off-chain records tied to your wallet. We will do what we can without breaking the money records other users rely on; we cannot change anything on the blockchain or IPFS.
09 Security and children
We protect data with access controls and secret keys kept off the client, but no system is perfectly secure. The Service is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10 Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Questions or requests: Telegram @snipadbot or X @snipadfun.
